1. About this policy
KasJalan Pro is an Android petty-cash and operational-expense app developed by Zenith Shift. It helps users record cash and expense transactions, attach proof, and prepare reports.
KasJalan Pro currently has no user-account registration and does not operate a backend server for transaction data, proof photos, or GPS coordinates.
2. Information processed
Transaction and operational information
The app processes petty-cash inflows and expense details entered by the user, such as amounts, dates, descriptions, categories, notes, and related operational information. This information is used to maintain transaction records and generate reports.
Operator identity
The app stores the operator name and division entered on the device. These details identify the operator in the app and in generated reports.
Recipient and WhatsApp information
A user may optionally enter a recipient name and WhatsApp number for a transaction. The app uses these details to describe the transaction and to prepare user-initiated sharing. KasJalan Pro does not read the device's contacts, send messages automatically, or upload this information to a KasJalan Pro server.
Proof photos
A transaction may include up to five proof photos. The user can take a new photo with the camera or select an image through the Android system photo picker. Selected images are copied into the app's local, private storage so they can remain associated with the transaction and be included in reports or user-initiated sharing.
Optional location
When adding proof, the user may allow the app to record the device's current GPS latitude and longitude with a proof photo. Location is used only to document where that proof was recorded and may appear in an exported report. KasJalan Pro does not perform background location tracking.
3. Local storage and automatic uploads
Device-level services controlled by the user or operating-system provider, such as device backup, may handle app data according to the user's device settings and the provider's terms. Those services are not a KasJalan Pro backend.
4. Exporting and sharing
KasJalan Pro can generate XLSX and ZIP reports containing the data selected for export, including proof photos and coordinates when present. Information leaves private app storage only when the user explicitly starts an export or chooses to share a transaction or report through WhatsApp or another compatible app.
The user chooses the destination. Once information is saved outside the app or sent to another application, it is handled by that storage location, recipient, or third-party application under its own privacy practices. KasJalan Pro and Zenith Shift do not control copies held outside KasJalan Pro.
KasJalan Pro does not sell user data and does not share it for advertising or marketing.
5. Android permissions
The app may request the following runtime permissions:
- Camera: to take a proof photo when the user chooses the camera option.
- Approximate or precise location: to attach the current latitude and longitude to proof when the user allows it.
Gallery selection uses the Android system picker. The user can deny or revoke camera and location permissions in Android settings. Features that need a denied permission may be unavailable, while other app functions remain available where possible.
6. Data handling and security
KasJalan Pro limits its handling of sensitive data by keeping its working records and proof files in private app storage, requesting Android permissions when the related feature is used, and requiring a user action before exporting or sharing data. The app does not claim that locally stored or exported information is encrypted.
Users should protect access to their device and choose export and sharing destinations carefully. No storage or transfer method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
7. Retention and deletion
Local records and proof photos remain on the device while needed by the app. After a report ZIP has been successfully created and verified, KasJalan Pro clears the exported local transaction records and proof photos. Operator name and division remain stored for future reports until the user changes them or clears the app's data.
Users can remove KasJalan Pro's locally stored information by using available app actions, clearing the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstalling the app. Uninstalling normally removes the app's private local data from that device. It does not delete report files, shared messages, recipient copies, system backups, or other copies already outside the app; those must be deleted from their respective locations.
Because KasJalan Pro does not maintain user accounts or automatically upload this information to a KasJalan Pro server, there is no remote KasJalan Pro account database to delete.
8. Children's privacy
KasJalan Pro is an operational-expense tool and is not directed to children. Zenith Shift does not knowingly use the app to collect children's personal information through a KasJalan Pro server.
9. Policy updates
This policy may be updated when KasJalan Pro's features or data practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised when a new version is published. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate app or distribution-channel notice when required.
